Overview

These terms govern your registration for and attendance at One Weekend AI events operated by Northline Systems (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”). By registering, you agree to these terms.

Registration & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required at the time of registration.
  • Your seat is confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • Team rates require a minimum of 3 registrations purchased together.
  • Early Bird pricing ($100 off any tier) is available when you register 14 or more days before the event date.

Refund Policy

  • 7+ days before the event: Full refund.
  • 2–6 days before the event: 50% refund or free transfer to another city/date.
  • Within 48 hours of the event: No refund. Free transfer to a future event is available.

Event Changes

We reserve the right to change the event date, venue, or schedule with reasonable notice. In the unlikely event we cancel an event, all registrants will receive a full refund.

What’s Included

  • Standard ($997): Both days of training, printed workbook and materials, 30 days of email support.
  • Professional ($1,497): Everything in Standard plus a 1-on-1 follow-up call and access to the digital resource vault.
  • VIP ($1,997): Everything in Professional plus a pre-event dinner with the instructor, AI Audit Light (60-min assessment), and front-row seating.
  • Team ($897/seat): Standard tier at a group rate for 3 or more attendees.

Attendee Requirements

Attendees must bring a laptop (not a tablet) with Google Chrome installed. Setup instructions will be emailed before the event. WiFi is provided at the venue.

Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, workbooks, templates, and content are the intellectual property of Northline Systems. Attendees may use materials for their own business purposes but may not redistribute, resell, or republish any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The information presented at One Weekend AI events is educational in nature and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. Northline Systems is not liable for business decisions made based on workshop content.
